- You have control over the number of hours you work (no more than 76 hrs in a fortnight)
Yes, you have the option to choose the location in which you would like to work at (when shifts are available) ensuring that it aligns with your commuting needs.
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check (you can apply if you don’t have one)
- First Aid certificate and CPR (you can apply if you don’t have one)
- Working with Children Check (you can apply if you don’t have one)
- Certificate III (Candidates studying towards their Certificate III can usually be considered for employment if they have relevant experience)
- You will receive thorough training when you begin including a 1-day induction programme
- You may be assigned a dedicated ‘work buddy’ who joins you on first two client visits (should your participant’s support needs require extra guidance)
- You will have a supportive team to guide you and support you
- You can call a team of Support Facilitators immediately, if you need help
Yes. You can be helping participants with personal care, domestic care, shopping or even group-based activities (subject to shift availability).
We invest in your learning and development through goal setting, development plans and ongoing training. Yes, we compensate you for the kilometres that you drive while transporting participant(s). On occasion you will need to drive a company vehicle.
